Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of AI Talent Pro, recruitment software operated by The Resource Group ("we"). By creating an account or signing in you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you use AI Talent Pro for. A separate signed agreement with your business takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Your business's administrators control who in your business can use AI Talent Pro and what each person can see.

Your data

Your business owns the candidate, client and job data it puts into AI Talent Pro. You confirm you have a lawful basis to hold and process that data, including telling candidates how their data is used. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-assisted features

AI Talent Pro uses AI to analyse CVs and job descriptions and to help write documents. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It is advice for a recruiter, not a decision: you are responsible for checking it and for every hiring decision you make, including complying with equality and anti-discrimination law.

Connected accounts

If you connect a Google, Microsoft or Calendly account, AI Talent Pro acts on it only when you ask it to (for example sending an interview invitation from your mailbox or adding an event to your calendar). You can disconnect it at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use AI Talent Pro to send unsolicited bulk email or to break any law.
• Do not try to access another business's data or get round the service's security.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AI Talent Pro available and secure, and we improve it continually, so features may change. We will tell you in advance of any change that materially reduces what the service does for you.

Ending your use

You can stop using AI Talent Pro at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. When a business leaves, we will work with it to export its data on request and then erase it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any year is limited to the fees your business paid us in that year.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
